In Case of Emergency [Em Caso de Emergência] is a collective exhibition, curated by Alexandre Santos, Camila Schenkel and Charles Monteiro, presented at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rio Grande do Sul (MAC-RS). "The presence of fear, insecurity, blurred visions, natural catastrophes and struggles between balances and imbalances of all kinds" comment the curators "are aspects that cross the poetics of the works presented here, highlighting the contribution of the photographic image and its derivations to deal with the limits that challenge the ways in which we inhabit and position ourselves in the world."

A montage of the installation Túnel da Conceição was crafted for the exhibition: The starting point was an arrangement of 3 framed photographs, already presented in the individual exhibition Concrete Witnesses Inquiry, which show the Túnel da Conceição, a tunnel built in the city of Porto Alegre in the period of the civil-military dictatorship (1964-1985). A cork board was juxtaposed to the photographs, which received a compact version of the works Correspondences Panel and Historic-Topographic Chart of the City of Porto Alegre, seeking to propose the establishment of relationships between landscape and history.
